Suburban Apartments Design Concept

In contribution to the ongoing community and industry discussion regarding suburban densification, Roger has developed an adaptable apartment design concept which is well suited to implementation on suburban sites of varying orientations and differing adjoining conditions.
The concept includes apartments of varying sizes with a majority providing three bedrooms, and can be adapted to consolidated sites consisting of two or three suburban allotments.
The concept endeavours to:
1. Provide practical living environments for a range of resident demographies, including singles, couples and young families, and to potentially accommodate multi-generational extended families and aging in place.
2. Maximize resident amenity through careful design of communal areas, both internal and external;
3. Embody design flexibility, allowing:
a. accommodation mix to be varied if required without impacting the integrity of the design concept.
b. adoption of sustainability initiatives either at construction stage or subsequent to completion.
